How does hybrid.support work?
You buy a credit package, submit a mission in natural language, and the platform executes it autonomously using AI, browser automation, and human oversight.
What is a credit?
A credit is a unit of mission execution. Simple searches cost 1-2 credits, website scans 2-3, market research 5-10, outreach campaigns 8-15.
How much does it cost?
Starter is €49/month (50 credits), Business is €149/month (200 credits), Professional is €1,249/month (1,500 credits). Enterprise is custom.
How is this different from a traditional VA?
Traditional VAs charge by the hour ($20-50/hr). We charge per outcome. Our platform uses AI and automation for 90% of the work, with human oversight for risky actions. You get results faster, cheaper, and 24/7.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Each client gets their own isolated knowledge base (tenant isolation). Your data is never shared with other clients. Risky actions require human approval.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime. Credits roll over (up to 2x your monthly amount).
What channels do you support?
WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, email (IMAP), ChatGPT, Grok, and any website via browser automation.
How does human approval work?
Risky actions (sending messages, creating accounts, outbound changes) require human approval via the HIT queue. You approve or dismiss each action.
Is my data isolated?
Yes. Each tenant has isolated Brain/RAG storage, isolated browser contexts, and tenant-scoped credentials in Vault. Your data never mixes with other tenants.
Can I use my own API or MCP tools?
Yes. Business and Professional plans include API/MCP access. You can integrate the platform into your own systems.
What is the self-evolving loop?
The system detects patterns (repeated failures, actions, missing capabilities) and proposes new missions autonomously. You approve, and the system schedules them.
Do you offer custom dashboards?
Yes. The standard dashboard is included. Themed custom dashboards (your logo, colors, subdomain) and full website integration are available on request.
